Your conduct and commitments

A. You hereby confirm that you are legally able to consent to access MindsZone, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

B. You hereby confirm and agree that all the information that you provided in or through the MindsZone, and the information that you will provide in or through MindsZone in the future, is accurate, true, current and complete. Furthermore, you agree that during the term of this Agreement you will make sure to maintain and update this information so it will continue to be accurate, current and complete.

C. You agree and confirm that your use of the MindsZone are for your own personal use only and that you are not using MindsZone for or on behalf of any other person or organization.

D. Upon subscribing to the monthly plan or self-help kits, you agree to have a strictly professional relationship with the Therapist, and to pursue other types of relationships (e.g., friendly, romantic) is a breach of the Agreement.

Price and payment

A. You hereby agree to pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that MindsZone may introduce in the future) any and all fees and charges according to the fees, schedule, the terms and the rates as published on website of MindsZone.

B. Payment may be made by debit card, credit card, PayPal or any other such method that MindsZone may introduce in the future at its absolute discretion.

C. MindsZone reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.

D. You will not be charged for any Services or Products that cannot be fulfilled or delivered and where appropriate, MindsZone will refund to you any sum deducted by MindsZone in such cases.

E. MindsZone cannot guarantee that a particular Product or Service will always be available.

F.  MindsZone reserves the right to refuse refund in case a client pays and then asks MindsZone to refund. Refund is only applicable within the first 3 hours of making the payment.

Disclaimer of warranty

A. YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COUCH THERAPIST IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY. THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Termination

A. You are free to stop using our Services at any time.

B. MindsZone reserves the right to suspend or end the Services at any time at our discretion. For instance, if you are not complying with the Agreement, or use our services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the services or disrupt others’ use of the services, we reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate the services provided at any time.

C. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address provided upon accessing our services.

D. If you act in a way that could cause Mindszone itself or users of MindsZone harm, we reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate the Services provided at any time.
